As part of our Assurance Plan for Rosary School, we believe that Faith formation and Faith opportunities are both key pieces of our lives as Catholic educators. We want to ensure we understand the needs of our staff so we can make professional development opportunities around Faith more meaningful no matter where we are on our personal faith journeys. We value your input and will take all survey data into consideration as we move forward with the promotion of Faith within our school community. (All survey information will be kept in confidence, used to help us develop a faith plan for staff that best meets our needs and no names or personal information will be shared outside of our Administrative team)

Faith formation and sacramental opportunities are significant priorities for Rosary School. This survey will help us to understand the faith needs of our Rosary School Families so that we can work together in partnership with St. James Parish to determine, guide, and assist our families with their individual faith needs.  Please note that your name will be recorded with your responses and your information will be shared with St. James Parish.
